Cancellations & Refunds
As a general rule, all sales made on DoosraCollege.com or any of its
sub-domains are final once an order confirmation is sent from our side. So no
cancellations are allowed therein.
As a standard practice, there is no refund policy for Online courses
sold on Doosra College or any of its sub-domains. Doosra College will abide by
such commitments, as applicable on the day of purchase. Doosra College reserves
the right to refuse refund in case of fraudulent intentions of the buyer,
misuse of account or any other reason which may be considered deceitful.
Further, only in certain special circumstance(s) as listed below, a
customer may claim refund:
Duplicate Purchase: If an individual purchases a course twice by
mistake, the intimation regarding the same may be provided within 48 hours of
purchase. After due satisfactory diligence, the refund may be initiated.
Wrong course Purchase: A students may claim refund in
case of wrong selection of course while making the payment. In such a scenario,
the information regarding the same may be provided within 24 hours of purchase.
Further, the course fee in such case may only be adjusted against another
course(s) fee and not settled in cash.
In case of any exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, the buyer may
write to Support@DoosraCollege.com to explain applicable reasons. However, it
will be DoosraCollege’s sole discretion to hear and admit the request basis
prevailing circumstance(s).
Use of your account
The user agrees
that the account or the course material shall not be used:

purposes
· For any illegal or
unlawful purposes
· For sending chain
letters, junk mail, spam communication of any kind
· For the purpose of
advertising any product, services or company, etc
· For harassing,
threatening or abusing any other user
· For obtaining any

The user alone
shall be liable in cases of breach of any of these matters so stated above and
we hold no responsibility in matters arising out of breach of any or all of
these points.
The user shall be

Closure/Termination of Account
Termination by you: You may, at any point in time, choose to terminate
your subscription to a service by sending us an e-mail. Such termination will
not change any amounts due to us.
Termination by URM EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED Your account will be
automatically closed once the time limit for the enrolled course expires.
Additionally, we reserve an exclusive right to terminate or suspend your
use of our services and products or ban your account at any time without any
prior notice if:
